Clorox Everywhere Spray! A gift from heaven for germaphobe moms! My 21 month old daughter has a heart condition and cannot get sick, but I spray this on all of the toys after a play date at my house and the couple of times a mom called me the next day to tell me her child had come down with something, my daughter never caught it!

It depends on how large. When my sister ran an in home daycare, she used to throw all her toys in the washing machine with a healthy supply of bleach. A dishwasher works pretty good too as long as you use the high temperature setting and air dry.

Depends on what you talking about...

Large toys, like exersaucers and swings, I use Lysol spray and wipes. I use the spray and hot water and wipe everything down, then again with straight hot water. Weekly, I wash it all down with Lysol wipes.

The same goes for toys. After every cold, or when they start to get dirty, I wipe them all down with Lysol wipes to disinfect and clean them.

Anything with removeable seats, pads etc, I throw into the wash.

Clorox or Lysol wipes! Wipe down thoroughly. Or....if they can fit in your dishwasher, that's a great way to clean and santize also.
