I have 3 domestic drains, will the council do it free of charge?

Saw this on House of Horror (or whatever it's called) the other day. Specialists should charge around £60.

Wow Firefly... are you really on Level 5? Three drains cleared by the Council. Are you in council property? If not they proabably won't do it... unless the drains are outside of your property area. Tell me more!

Only if it is a council house. Beware, there are a lot of rip off merchants in this business. Check out yellow pages and get a written quote before work commences.

Its called brain-washing. Others will do it to you for free. Many religions do it, gang leaders and cult leaders do it. Check your local directory assistance for the local nearest to you.
