I live in Egypt.
Although every thing here stinks and our president is a dictator"from the kind type lol" and our salaries here are not enough to buy a pair of shoes "although I'll be a doctor after graduation'.And beside that Mubarak's son is getting prepared to rule this country after his father "after free fair elections of course [but without real competitors]" and every thing will be worse when that happiness "he doesn't know anything about politics".I STILL LOVE MY COUNTRY DESPITE ALL OF THIS BECAUSE IT'S NOT ONLY THE LAND WHERE I LIVE BUT ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO JOIN ME THIS COUNTRY.AND ONE DAY WE WILL GET OUR GLORY BACK AND OUR COUNTRY WILL BE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY IN THE WORLD LIKE HOW IT WAS IN THE PAST.

I Love my Wife and Kids. I Love God. I Love air.
I'm glad I live in America, and I have served in the country's Armed Forces and I vote. I stay because it's the best place by far in which I've ever lived. (I've been to several different countries).
But I can't honestly say I Love the country in which I live. Love is a reciprocal venture for me.

Yes! I love the country I live in! In my country America, I can speak out against any protect, opinion, governmental policy, and anyone - even George Bush! I can even disagree and express my hate and disgust for some of it's pratices! I can say and feel what I want and stay here! Why don't you leave - you seem not to be aware of this freedom I enjoy in my country - America! Bye!

I love my country because of the variety of people and approaches to life (I have lived in several parts of the US) and because it is still the only country in the history of the world which has given opportunity to people coming from other places.
I like to travel and have been to Europe, Mexico, Central and South America. Had wonderful experiences everywhere and met fascinating people. But I instinctively want to "kiss the ground" everytime the plane lands back on US soil.

I am someone who has been to other countries and the US is the greatest country on earth. Not that I do not want to visit other countries. This world is a pretty beautiful place. My preference is the US though.

There are a lot of things that I don't like about our government whether Democrats or Republicans are in charge but I still wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I would say yes... the government is surprisingly bad considering what it could be, but we have a lot of faith in free enterprise because we equate it with freedom of the people... and it's not the same thing, we have a government that is supposed to provide for the people and if it means regulating corporations, so be it. the government is supposed to represent the people, and corporations only represent themselves and their majority stockholders. but for all the mistakes the u.s. makes, I don't blame the people for them, because I can't convince myself to hate most of them... many are thinking about important things, other people are too busy with their own lives, and that's freedom. too many of us have been duped but that's not really our fault.
