I really pity him.But he makes me restless..He once wrote me he doesn't propose me coz he loves me & doesn't want me 2 suffer with him.He's intellegent, well cultured...everything else is fair...
He cries sometimes for me I've heard..He is unable 2 talk with me..I really will bcum his friend!!What shall i do?

He may be disabled, but he is still human and a man!
He probably thinks you are beautiful and cant help but look at you.
Would an able bodied intelligent man give you the creeps?
You should be flattered!
It sounds like he is quite shy, and worried that you will not like him because he has a disabilty. Go ahead,make his day! speak to him , be honest and tell him that you just want to be friends, just by being his friend , you could maybe make him a really happy man.
