Perfume2000.com has several databases on the perfume industry http://www.perfume2000.com/archive/archive.asp including Alexander's database that has full list of perfume products sold in the United States, and Industry contacts which contain over 42,000 entries of suppliers and other industry players.
If you are interested in buying/selling perfumes, consider the trade show Ex-Tracts
http://www.extractsny.com/august/index.html which is a wholesale market for aromatherapy, perfumes, essential oils and others.
However, I don't think there's an active marketplace B2B website for the perfume industry where you can actually buy and sell perfumes from various suppliers.
