If you can get children .. why do you want to adopt a child that his/her father can show up after few years taking the baby back ... or The baby won't have anything from the adopting parents like genes or features ... that why most people have kids

Some people want to have their own child out of birth. Nothing like watching your stomach grow and feeling the kick. However, I do agree adoption is important.

why are there so many babies that need to be adopted when theres options like abortion, vasectomies, tube ties and effective birth control medication and products?
is a question im going to ask later...
people might want to have their own children, its not completely selfish to want a child of your own...i mean came from you, looks like you or you're family...
there are tons of people out there that want chidren and are unable to have them... but keep trying to have their own...
through drug therapy and surrogacy and so on...
im sure they have their reasons for it, personally if i could afford to raise a child right now, i would adopt...I would like to see myself in my babies eyes... but i dont feel its not right to bring more people into this decaying, cruel and sometimes hellish world...
im so glad that celebrities are jumping on the adoption bandwagon...
people like Angelina Jolie set a good example for everyone
but i just wish people would realize how wrong it is to breed like rabbits...

because people want babies that look like them. the whole idea of having children is making some sort of a carbon copy of yourself, which is what makes adoption all the more noble.

for the satisfaction of looking at my baby girl, who is a complete mix of her father and i, and saying : this is the result of our love, this it what we made!
I don't see it as selfish, i don't want problems of loving someone that will probably go off someday in search of his/her real parents. That would make me jealous!
Plus you don't know anything about their family's backgrounds, the kid could be prone to serious diseases. Thata again would cause heartache.
Plus I'd miss out on all that bonding with pregnancy and birth.

Because most women & men feel that if they are capable of concieveing their very own child out of their own flesh & blood then that's what they want to do....they feel that they NEED to adopt. But I personally want to have three children of my own & then adopt three.

some families by religion or culture desire a big family. The children are our future.
