Having lived there for six years, I can say yes. I know many people that exhibit many forms of racism, specifically in North Idaho. It's just the verbal variety, and I seriously doubt it would ever escalate into physical harm. However, it is still there, even if the skinheads have moved on.

Probably. It's still alive and well pretty much everywhere. Why would Idaho be any different?

I think the last racism Idahoan just repented.
So, up until about three minutes ago, racism had been alive and well in Idaho.

I have to tell you, reverse racism - or whatever you'd call it - is just as bad. We moved here six years ago, and my daughter was trying to make friends as the new girl. She met a girl of a different race, and that girl invited her to sit with them for lunch. Sadly, when she went to the table, the rest wouldn't let her, because she was white. If you're one who would say, "Well, how does that feel!" then you're obviously prejudiced, because she was truly reaching out, not believing things she heard. I'm sure it happens the same in reverse, but as a white, this is the only way I've experienced prejudices, as well.

Dear member,
Racism is alive and well in every corner of this earth as long humans are around. Sad but it is the truth.
Kind Regards,
Ben
