I may not agree with all the answers that I a have gotten with my questions, but it is informative and amusing to read different opinions on each subject. There are some answers that lead me to believe some people have no clue ,to what is going on,,,,,

You're welcome. When looking at presidents, one must take a longer view on policies leading into their presidency. Clinton let this country get weak and Bush is trying to make it strong again yet far too many people would rather complain than be supportive.
1) Bush implemented several environmental protection acts. In particularly, he preserved the islands north of Hawaii. This is the world's largest marine preserve.

2) First president to take on terrorists. Clinton made this country weak and Bush is striving to make it strong again. It took years to plan for 9/11... all while Clinton was screwing around.
3) Bringing democracy to the middle east. Too bad so many people opt to complain than lend their support.
4) Lowered taxes so more Americans can buy homes and save for retirement.

You should watch the documentary fahrenheit 911 which suggests an idea that during the first election, Gore was to win, but a TV announcer in Florida I think, who was a relative\ friend of Bush had announced that Bush won, which led to other TV news stations to broadcast our new president. This last election, i think people elected him because of the threat the arabs had made, and i guess decided to go against thier wishes?? i dont really know, but you should watch fahrenheit 911, it was a good movie.

because presidents can...here it is...the choice was kerry or bush...many picked bush not cus they think he was the best for the job but at least he was better then kerrry..and because bush went another election..well thats what they can do. :)
