I uninstalled the program put they are still poping up... What do I do?

Please follow this path to get rid of pop up related problems. U will hv to do two things. First Tools > inernet options> privacy > check the box of block pop ups > move the slide bar to medium high> ok. Second Tools> pop up blocker > pop up blocker settings> Set the filter level to high> ok. U will get rid of all the pop ups permanently.

scan your pc with an anti-spyware and anti-adware.When it finds some thing at the end of the scan look over it make shure you want to delete it and it should help.if that doesn't reformat your pc's hard drive

You still have something running you don't know about. Check Task manager.

run adaware or windows defender. either of those should pick it up and let you delete it.
