I have been dieting a doing quite well. The problem is that when I went to weigh myself, I had regained 3 pounds. I have been eating the same as when the loss was going on (eating VERY well and VERY healthy). Is this normal? I won't give up but I am a bit disappointed and concerned.

I have not been doing any type of excercise that would be adding body mass so that isn't a factor.

YES. Your weight goes up and down on a daily basis for unrelated reasons like water gain and constipation. It is the long term trend that counts. Don't be discouraged.
