Ok, if you haven't already heard, Brent Wilson might sue the band if they don't give him 25% of the money the made of A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Do you think they're gonna go to court or will the guys just hand over the money?

ok, I think theyll hand over the mony w.o going to court cuz i mean comeon, Brent DID perform with the band in all the songs in Afever you cant sweat out" and that Jon dude didnt do anything yet, so it would be pretty stupid if they decided not to. I mean i could see them getting mad if they kicked him out of the band before the band made the songs and signed to a record label. In other words, Brent did his part and now he gets his reward and technecally thats all hes asking for.

I think that they mite get some of the money as it would be bd for their image if they went to court but they will hand over som money
