I have been dieting a doing quite well. The problem is that when I went to weigh myself, I had regained 3 pounds. I have been eating the same as when the loss was going on (eating VERY well and VERY healthy). Is this normal? I won't give up but I am a bit disappointed and concerned.

I have not been doing any type of excercise that would be adding body mass so that isn't a factor.

Here's a good site. I don't know why it has pictures of dogs, but the information is good to explain sudden weight gain.

you could be retaining water or you need to change your excersize regime, the body can and will build up a tolerance to the same amount of excersize and wont burn calories the way it did at the beginning
