You guys have no knowledge of Spider-Man. He can lift 10x the amount of Batman, he is much MUCH faster and not to mention Batman will not ONCE hit him. The movie Spider-Man's make him get hit because it's hollywood but in the comics he detects your movement before even YOU do. The fuckin guy has phsically beaten the Hulk and Thor because of his Spider sense so Batman would be like a common house fly (pun intended) and he is a much more skilled fighter than Batman because of it and his athleticism. If Spidey just webbed Batman he wouldn't be able to get free because it is much too strong for him. You can give Batman all the time in the world to prepare but Spider-Mans spidey sense will always come out on top. Not to mention Spider-Man holds back against everyone, even the Hulk and Thor ( who couldn't hit Spider-Man once). The only person who faced a full out Spidey was Firelord and he got pummeled soooo bad. Bottom line is, Spider-Man would EASILY beat Batman.

Batman would win by default. Robin and Spiderman would go off on a knitting sesh. Robin is a bit of a girl and he would become fascinated with Spidey's web techniques and they would make a crochet jumper for Alfred's Christmas pressie.

Okay, I'm geeking it up wit'ya now.
It's Batman, it's ALWAYS Batman. He'd make sure he does his research and give Spidey something like the common cold which'll make Spidey's powers fluctuate and he'd take advantage of Spideys weakness. Robin'd just watch and pat Batman on the bum when he's done.
(From a writers perspective, it's usually because Batman has no particular powers as such, and the odds are against him. So he HAS to win - it's the law!)
