Looking in to moving out and i need an idea of costs

You provide absolutely no details upon which to base an estimate. There are far too many variables to consider. You might want to provide some details and repost your question.

General geographic location (utility costs vary greatly around the USA). Age of apartment building. Size of the apartment. First or second floor. Well insulated? Double pane windows? Heat with electric? Electric hot water heater? Air conditioned in summer?

I'm sure you get the picture.

i live in a 3 bedroom 2 living room and one bath, and kitchen with ac house and 4 people and our electric runs $165 a month sometimes less,,but in the winter it has been know to run in the $300's

If this apartment is properly insulated and you are conservative with utilities. Your cost should average $65.00. This if you live in area with four seasons.

call the power co. that serves the apt. ask them what is the avg. for that unit. check on special programs they may have a standard cost per mo.
