Your intestines may be having trouble "moving" things in the gut due to lack of water. If you have a fever along with the pain, go to a doctor or ER.

Not sure, but it may be due to your colon. The lower left abdomen holds the descending colon, the last part of the colon before it empties into the rectum. There the stool is not only held, awaiting expulsion, but any excess water is reclaimed from the stool. If you are not well hydrated, the body may pull too much water out, causing the stool to become very hard and possibly resulting in constipation.

If you are a female asking this question, I would say no. If the pain is in the left abdomen I would think it has something to do with your reproductive organs or monthly period. If the pain persists see your doctor.
If you are a male asking this question then the answer is still no.

You can get cramps in your kidney area. You're also likely to vomit &/or have diarrhea if you become too dehydrated, and will have to get rehydrated intravenously at the hospital.
Better just to drink plenty of water before it gets to that point. You'll feel cooler & have more energy, too.

Yes! It's happened to me before. You need to get hydrated soon and drink some cranberry juice if you can.
