"possible" sexual harassment? if it's wasn't clear, it shouldn't have been brought up. otherwise you could open up a bad can of worms.

You state "possible" sexual harassment. You are in your 90 honeymoon period, and you manager along with HR obviously feel you may not have the right material to be a good leader for the group. As a manager you will be faced with many challenges in regards to personnel. As a new supervisor you should have gone to your manager or Human Resources for guidance in this regard. You took it upon yourself. Not a very responsible or wise move on your part. Sorry, all I can say is be thankful you still have your job.

Wait a minute, isn't it possible that you were demoted for another reason? Maybe it was just a coincidence. I know you THINK that you were retaliated against, but maybe you weren't meeting your employer's expectations. Other than your opinion, you haven't posted any evidence to support the claim that you were a victim of retaliation in any way.

You did all this in the 90 day probation period? Yes it is legit. You are lucky you did not get canned. Learn the damned system sister.
Look, I understand your complaint, but you need to understand the system or it will ream you. You just don't do stuff like that and expect to thrive.

If you are within your 90-day period, you essentially are out of luck. But, no, it is not legal. You can only be demoted for performance issues.
This isn't LaDesiree is it?

No, it is a clear case of retaliation, but do you have the money to pursue a legal action against them?

women like you piss me off... If you want to be part of the workforce, and be treated like men, if you want to be equal to men, then act like men... men don't get sexually harrassed. we get propossed to, either we say yes or no... or if it is another guy we kick him in the nuts... eitherway no one gets in trouble
