I don't think he has any children as he is only engaged and says it is more important to find a good woman in preparation to marriage and starting a family.

Alessandro Nesta's fiancée is Gabriela (Not Gabriella, is Gabriela with one L) Pagnozzi (daughter of Raffaelle Pagnozzi, General Secretary of CONI) since 1998 when they met. She was working for "Casa Italia" (headquarters of the Azzurri) during the WC98.
