I plan to attend one of Americas top business colleges, and I would like to know, what is the difference between Graduate, and Undergraduate Studies.

graduate studies are for after you have graduated with a bachelors degree, undergrad is working up to a bachelors degree

A bachelors is known as an undergraduate degree. If you are studying for your bachelors degree, you are known as an undergraduate student. Graduate studies encompass the courses you take working for a masters or doctorate. When you are in a masters or doctoral program, your are a graduate student. Both of those are considered graduate degrees.

Undergraduate in America is study for a first bachelors degree. Graduate is for a masters or doctorate, or, arguably, a professional (law, medicine) degree.

Graduate studies have courses that a BA or BS degree is necessary to attend. You would need some background or knowledge to understand the content of the course.

Undergraduate studies is what you complete after high school (or the equivalent). Graduate studies are for after you complete undergraduate studies.

While you are obtaining your bachelor's degree, you are in undergraduate studies. Once you have abtained your bachelors degree and begin workin on your master's you are in graduate studies.
