If i had to say that the 50th person who answers my question will get 10 points...
Are you the kind that will answer before 50 knowing that u wont get the points? (Putting others first - selfless)
Or are you the kind that will sit back and wait till no 49 before you answer? (Putting u first - selfish)

The thing about Yahoo Answers is you never know when you will be the 50th -- because sometimes, it says "Be the first to answer," and by the time I write my answer, there are already 20 others ahead of me.
I'll answer now, and take my chances.... I'm a risk taker!

Answer before 50... not so much selfless as lazy... not going to wait around to try an get 10 points on Yahoo Answers.

Though if you said that the 50th person who answered was the one who got the points, you can easily be reported by someone for "gaming for points".

No I would not wait to get to number 50. Are 10 points worth the wait? don't think so plus when you do something you do for the reason of wanting to not for the insentive. Thats what i believe anyways.

I won't wait...I won't waste my time for this points...I have more things to do then to wait to be 50th person...and anyway...nobody will be 50th person in here...I would rather get 10 points for good and best answer then for waiting to be 50th.
Oh,yes...and you could be reported for gaming with points....beware of Yahoo!Answers :)

I'm answering, now. I have no use for points.
If I wanted points, I would depend on a much less random method to acquire them.
If you offered something I wanted, I would get it...because I am competitive; not selfish.

Count me in. I'm just glad for the two. I was really hoping this would be a multiple-choice survey that would tell me my personality type.

I would let others go first because who cares about getting 10 points!!!! Well I don't care about them but they would help me because I am only level 1!!!!!!!
