Well it is true there are and i guess it is because of the way they are being brought up. I've grown up in a christian family and i was a very good kid. I had never stole never cheated and never lied . But not all christian children are well adjusted , most of then don't take there religion seriously most of them like my little cousin cuss a lot think that it is
and sometimes because im older i ten to swear but i trry to tech her that it is wrong , but i do think that most of them are well adjusted in our society.

Small children are beautiful no matter what religion or creed but after having a spoiled rotten five year old visit with us for the last five weeks, I have to disagree that all small Christian children are well adjusted.

This child takes temper tantrums and as soon as she is given a time out, she gets off the chair and gets right back into the thing that put her there in the first place. This is a beautiful little green eyed blond girl that I am convinced is a Demon Seed.

And yes I know it's her parents that allowed her to be this way but she knows better and we have been trying to teach her better since she's been here but she would test the patience of a Saint.

Children are not well adjusted because of their religion, they are well adjusted because their parents teach them good self esteem, fairness, morals and how to love others as well as themselves, they teach them to repsect others and to treat others the way they would like to be treated. This is what makes for a well adjusted person.

Being Christian doesn't make children well-adjusted.
Good parenting is what makes children well-adjusted. And just claiming to be a Christian does not make a good parent.
Kids aren't Christian or Muslim or anything when they're born. They are clean slates. We are taught to be what we become. God is taught in a variety of ways. Including the "doctrine" of disbelief.
If we are brought up in a Godless home we become Godless. But being Godless doesn't compel maladjustment. However if we are brought up in a home where the Christian ethic and doctrines are Practiced and not just Preached your chances of being well-adjusted are much greater, although still not guaranteed.

The Christian God sends followers on a Guilt Trip to heaven, because he had his own son murdered so he could forgive their 'sins', and they should appreciate the sacrifice.
Christian parents have the unmitigated gall to think they are somehow "better" than others are, and 'picked by God' for special rewards, then teach their children to be just as bigoted as they are. Observation makes it obvious this bigotry is not better nor well adjusted, the case is clearly the opposite. Any pretext of a loving all knowing god is a sham that ignores our reality and denies our daily observations.

Children are beautiful and well adjusted until they get wrong ideas taught to them.

They grow up one day and usually then they don't really seem so well adjusted or beautiful, this goes for other people too not just Christians.

I do not think that Christian children are any more "well-adjusted" than children of any other religious culture in our society. What is important is that they have parents that love them. You don't have to be Christian to love your kids.

So, you think that Muslim children, and Buddhist children, and Jewish children are not beautiful? Are we ALL not children of God?? You should think carefully before asking such a question, because you will be offending alot of people who love their "well adjusted" children very much...as well as their God.

No. Small Christian children are small children. They are no more well adjusted as other children. From my observation, Asian children are more so well adjusted as opposed to other racial groups. I could definitely quote more, but since 9 out of 10 people in the US are Christian, what is the point?

In my personal experience, I have found that Christians can be more vicious, more incendiary, more rude and self concerned and absorbed than regular or secular people. Christians being worse however because they are supposed to know better.

Have you watched the movie "Saved" yet? I loved it and found it to be quite an accurate portrayal.

Don't make yourself out to be more important than you are just because you are a christian... It is nothing special other than the fact that you know enough to accept Jesus... It doesn't mean that by default you all know enough to act like Him.

God chose to "Love the least of these." Read your beatitudes and quit being a elitist, religious, separatist, snob!
