when turn on the engine it doens't even click

Do the headlights turn on?

Do they dim when you turn the key to the START position?

Are you in Neutral, with the clutch depressed?

Is it an automatic, and you moved the shift lever to Neutral, held the brake pedal, then back to Park?

Does the horn blow?

was the alternator charging the battery?

Are you wearing heels, or flat shoes when you thy starting it?

If it doesn't click, even with a new battery, then you have an open circuit in the electrical circuit. One common defect which can cause this is the neutral safety switch. Have a mechanic check the car out and repair it.

sounds like a bad conection or some type of wiring problem or even a bad starter if ther is no click there is a lot of issues it can be alot of things not knowing year and engine size makes a diffence good luck
