I'm a supervsior and filed a complaint for possible sexual harrasment and was demoted once the employee cried wolf...i followed all of the procedure in my employee handbook and was retaliated against by the manager because he was embarrased..is this legal?!?!?!

no it is not legal and you have a good law suit. federal law prohibits any form of retaliation for filing a harassment complaint.

no it is not ... i work in a law firm and i read thru cases like that all the time.. if u care enough to do domething abt it go to a lawyer who specializes in that field and c what he suggests i reccommend suing for all attorney fees, emotional distress, etc.

It is illegal, it must be in your manual, get a lawyer and get ready for the money, that's an opportunity many of us have been wating,, eeeaasyyyy money

get a lawyer!!!!! if you belong to a union contact them most likey they are tying to save there butts
