I'm looking for a software that locks the Internet browser History,so noone can erase the visited web pages!

I want to check the web pages which others visit on my pc, but I found no way to lock the " clear history" in the internet option .
can anyone help me? I need it.

You could use an auto backup for the temp Internet files. They could never be deleted by IE.
