if you set your mail box to exclusive this should stop anyone who dont appear in your address book from contacting you. then when you get unrecognised email you just click on the empty button next to bulk and they will all be gone.

Use the CHECKBOX next to any email that you suspect is SPAM. Check all of them that are in view.

Then click on the SPAM button.

Then use the EMPTY button next to the BULK folder.

Do this right away. You see, when I REPORT SPAM, then you might not get the same one, as it will go directly into your BULK folder.

So when you REPORT SPAM, then I might not get the same spam that you got. It helps us both.

The spam filtering Yahoo provides is pretty good. It throws nearly 300 messages per day into bulk, and I only get one or two spam in my inbox. Enable the spam filtering and it will help.

Spam, more often than not, is automatically delivered to the *Bulk Mail* folder by Yahoo.

Click on *Empty* and presto... all the spam will be deleted.
