lol - no.
You get what you pay for, my friend. High quality doesn't come cheap. If you could do it yourself, then you would only have to pay for the software - which very likely comes with a tutorial. Of course, to do it yourself, you would need to come up with graphics, sound, and whatever collateral you will need.
