you could read the TOS page.
there are many reasons for a Q or an A to be deleted.
I had a Q deleted because nobody answered it and had an answer deleted because the questioner didn't like my answer.
I don't know why it was deleted but you can read the TOS and see what it says.
YOU CAN Ask the question again too...
If you phrase it differently you may get different answers.
I do know that they don't like http links in questions...is that part of it?

Now I am not saying that I agree with them but this is probably why. One of the rules in Yahoo.answers is that you are not to provided an opportunity for soliciting individual contact. By asking someone to help you find a job, they would need to contact you with detailed information.
Long answer but I bettcha that is why your question was deleted.
