No, only if you don't keep your skin clean before applying it or use too much. Experiment and find out what is the least oiliest brand of sunscreen on your skin. I use it everyday, have done since I was in my early twenties and stay out of the sun if you can..

Coppertone makes a sunscreen just for the face. I believe other companies do also.

there are some sunscreens that are made for the face. check those out..i'd assume they're a bit lighter for the face.

use a facial moisteriser that is made for skin on the face. It will be LESS likely to cause the problem. but you have to make sure that it has spf 15 or better.

most sun screans are no oil ... read the lable to be sure
