do a document search at your city or state website (probably state, cities don't normally have good enough website to do this). Also if your central appraisal district has a website, that will have the name.

My friend is a realtor, there is a few real estate places she can go to get that information. But, it is restricted to those with a license in real estate. See if you can get a realtor to help?

not sure if thats available online. But if you go to the registry of deeds for the county the house is at, they can tell you..
