I would think that dogs are smarter because of the fact that more dogs are trained to do specific things and they feel that their master is master. But, cats on the other hand feel like they are the masters and that humans should cater to them. Crazy Cat

Cats are definately smarter. Put it this way, if a dog threw a stick for you, would you go and pick it up in your mouth? Neither would cats!

The dog's brain is quite similar to the human brain. They feel compassion and other emotions, whereas cats just want to sleep, eat and scratch up your furniture.

i think cats are. They seem to always know something. You can se it in their eyes when they look at you, like they know what you've done. Dogs are like this, too, but they seem to have a shorter attention span than cats

They are at about the same iq. I thik you can train a cat just as easily as a dog!

Dogs, they can survive longer on the streets and they know how,when and who to attack if your being threatened. Some WOULD say cats, but cats are just sly,conniving and craftier
