Pick them ALL.

Then go to http://www.download.com and get SpyBot Search & Destroy. Install, update and run that. This will find more crap. Again, pick everything.

If you are really polite about it, say GOODBYE when you click the REMOVE button.

Your worried that your gonna screw up your computer...it's typical.
Okay let me help you.
First off, you are concerned about your computer and you want to surf freely and have breathing room.
Obviously your no hacker or cracker so its all new to you I assume.
I hate ssume anything, but lets go right in to your computer today and check something that is very important.
If you have a boot disc hold it you might need and if you don't have one make one, but make a good one with all your system requirements. My boot disc has all the goodies I made it myself and that's what you should do first. standard boot disc don't always carry everything you need that is lost when your computer crashes and such, so strongly reccomend you making a well defined boot disc. This way if you delete something you shouldn't delete, you can get it back and reload it.
You can boot up your computer and press F8 and go into safe mode.
You can then get rid of what you want safely without hurting your Windows.
My best guess is that if your quarantined viruses are captured...kiss them goode bye and say asta lavista baby and delete them all.
You probably will be okay and your system won't be hurt. Sometimes they attache them selves to critical programs and if you delete them you will get a pop up saying you are running a program delete or delete all...if that happens stop right there.
You need to find out what prgram it is running on and close it. Then delete the virus becasue if you delete all a critical file in your registry may get corrupted, and this brings me to my next session. You should have a back up registry incase you lose information there too!
I reccomend that you download regisry cleaner to help keep it running smoothly. You can get alot of garbage in your computer you don;t need. Its lows your performance down and eventually clogs your networking ability.
Close your back door. You never want file sharing. That is just a way a hacker gets in at least one way becasue your back door is open. I can go on and on about computers, but your provblem seems very simple to kick out today....DELETE IT

I have the same adware program and i think it is very good , there is just one thing you have to be very careful about after it finds critical objects make sure u leave them in quarantine for at least a few weeks before you permently delete them , sometimes files that you need are deleted with them, and when u reboot ur pc the next time you may find something doesn't work so you can go into quarantine and restore them to their original place. When the software finds the critical objects u just click next and then remove and they will be put automatically in quarantine, its in there that u shouldnt delete them until you know for sure everything is fine, the program will automatically delete them after a number of days,i forget how many. good -luck Dody

Delete everything, the negligable objects are usually the cause of the critical ones.

Adware is simply pop up ads and other annoying stuff. Delete all the critical and i would try the negligible too. Websites will reinstall those objects if needed

As a rule of thumb if adaware don't like it delete it
I check all and delete
usually it quarantines first so if you do delete something you might need then you can always retrieve it at a later date
If you hover over the item it gives you a breif description of what it is anyway

hi, adware is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
