Inside the pimple sac, it is mainly dead white blood cells after fighting intensely with the germs. aBut also there is body's natural ointment to heal the pimple. If you pop it, then not only you release the ointment, you are more susceptable to more infections. And if you don't pop it, it will heal cleaner.

well if the tip of the pimple is white then its ready to pop but if u have pimples that are just coming out then leave them alone cause if u try to pop them its just going to make it worse and clog the pore even more and you may leave acne marks on your face.

Well, it depends on how you pop them. If you simply pop them and wipe away the grossness with your fingers, you leave it open to get worse.
However, in a sterile atmosphere, you can pop the pimple, then use a Q-tip soaked in Isapropyl (sp?) Alcohol to clean it. The Alcohol will dry up the pimple, then it will lightly scab and heal quickly. (at least it does for me)

leave it alone because if u pop it itll become red and even worse looking than before. just use a good face wash 2-3 times a day and it should clear up in a few days

Keep your face clean with warm water and soap with no drying chemicals in it at least twice a day. If you can help it do not touch your face, even when you wash your hands there is still bacterium on them which once you squeeze or touch your face spreads pimples (not to mention scarring).
Blackheads.. exfoliate your skin everyday with a loofah sponge in the shower to remove the upper dead skin cells and dirt from building up.

I used to pop them but then i realised that they leave scars. So, never ever touch them pimples! Yeah, it's hard to do that.

Leave them alone.... if you pop it out.. they will leave terrible scars on ur face...... its worst than a pimple

I had really bad acne and now with the pimples I have very bad scars so take my advice please do not pop the pimples and wash your face regular and use alcohol on your face.

just leave them alone and wash your face with a good atringent. i use noxema daily and neutorgena deep pore cleanser a few times a week. if you pop pimples too often you can develop bad scars.

leave 'em alone. wash ur face 2, possibly 3 times a day with olay, or something, and a soft cloth.
