No not really. Ask a sportsman who is used to balls coming at him at 100mph.

When it first happens you want to duck, but after a while you realise you have a bit of time to play with, so will move your grip and feet position and smash the damn thing back from where it came.

The normal human might have time to get out of the way if they saw a gun and had about 2 seconds, but chances are, by the time you've heard the shot, it's already too late. You may not hear the shot until a few milliseconds after the actual sound was created, so only someone with inhuman reflexes or the ability to slow down time could really "dodge" a bullet. It's easier to count on human error and the shooter not being on target.

that would be some reflex if you could get out of the way of a bullet. Superman was ducking out of the way of a gun thrown at him in the previous question and yes that could be reflex.

Not if you know it isnt going to hurt you. Thats why over the years people have been able to blast him, and sometimes harm him with ray guns, etc.
