She keeps silent, alright. Maybe she can't actually reject you immediately because she's very much aware that you have a deep crush on her and that she's trying not to hurt your feelings thoroughly.
Or maybe she wants you to court her instead. I suggest for you to court her (send her cards; write love notes; send her flowers; ask her out; give her presents that's not necessarily extravagant; etc...). In other words, make her feel special.
Or that deep crush of yours might be making her feel you're rushing instead; worse, making her feel uncomfortable. Girls normally don't like that. You have to demonstrate your patience and that you're not willing to give up on her no matter how long it would take for her to decide.
Start imagining before you sleep, dude... you'll definitely find the right things to do to get her love.

If she knows, then why would you need to tell her? You could reinforce that love by showing her with flowers or something. If she continues to stay silent, then maybe she's not interested in you.
Not being able to tell her tells me that you fear rejection. Don't... it just gets in your way. Just move on knowing there are plenty of others out there. Fear of failure is a very common malady and the best way to overcome it is to just go out there and do what needs to be done. If you fail, learn from it and move on. Soon, you will build confidence and success will eventually be your reward for your patience and persistence.

You must be married and that's the reason you cannot tell her. Maybe, that's the reason she is not saying anything to you.
If this is not the case and you can't talk, write it on a piece of paper and give it to her with a bunch of flowers, better have them sent to her house.

In my opinion, you need to just tell her. If you are really shy, just get a close friend, a female would be great, to tell your crush you are digging her. All she can do is say yes or no, and if she says no, there are more people out there for you!!!!!!

If she knows that you love her and she's not choosing to act - and neither of you are married - move on. She's not interested.
