Should't the immigration system be revamped and made to be tougher to use for new Americans,Canadians,and Europeans arriving from third worlds.

Why would you say something like that?
Go live in a third world country for a week. Do near slave work for 18 hours and get paid change. Go to bed with your children crying because they're hungry and cold.
People come to american and the uk and canada for a better life
sure some terrorists might slip in or whatever but that's a fraction of a precentile
and if this question was provoked by the recent liquid bombers...those were home grown
those terrorists were british citizens that grew up and lived in the uk all their lives

BUT if you "shut down" immigration, get ready to:
*collect your own garbage
*work in construction sites in the hill fires of August
*baby sit your kids
*drive your taxis around on saturday nights
*provide your own security at your offices and companies -again- on your weekends.
*work as dish washer while your friends keeps the party going
*clean up your public toilets.

I see - twenty of thirty people do bad things, so we punish tens of millions.
By that same logic, we should deport all citizens, as many of these residents commit crimes, so clearly crime is in the nature of citizens.

America should not be for everyone. If they have no education and can't speak English, we should not let them immigrate.
They should also have a useful job skill and not have any violent tendencies or a criminal record.
