Both men and women make that mistake, not just women. There are lots of things I would change about my husband, but I never tried to change those things because I knew what I was getting when I married him and I'm sure there are things he would like to change about me. Maybe the woman you used in your example didn't get upset over the drinking, but rather how much he was drinking or maybe it was starting to affect their relationship. Don't make judgments on all women because we are not all the same. I take great offense to you calling women whores, as if it's all women. Maybe you are the one that needs to grow up.

Most women don't understand that men are wired differently. When they do and say what they do, women take it personally and think it's their job to fix what is actually not broken. They need to accept the differences between the two genders. The only person they can rightfully change is themselves. No, all women are not whores. Some of them are simply misguided when it comes to men.

Not all women think this way. Why marry someone who had a drinking problem from the get-go? You're right, she should have known what she was getting herself into before marrying him. That doesn't make all women childish whores though. I think it's you who should grow up.

Personally i think you you sound like an asshole. Maybe you should be a good little boy and refrain from calling women whores.Only little insecure of themselves boys would do that. Also, not all women try to change their husbands and in case you haven't noticed there are a lot of men that try to change their wives.DUHHHHHH
I see you can't decide if your married or not.

What about the men who pretend to be something they are not. Then their true colors come out 3 kids and 6 years later. Some women don't try to change the men some men pretend to be something they are not then become verbally and sometimes physically abuse to the kids and the wife maybe you friends are not as great as you think maybe they are the problem and not the wife.

In turn, would you like every single woman to judge you because of the men that hurt them? Yes, if you're upset with the woman you were with, deal with it, but don't take it out on every other woman in the world. You have no right to judge the whole gender, nor to call us such names as the last word in your answer. You are just asking for every woman you come in contact with in the future to judge you and make you pay for all the mistakes of the past men in their life. It's not fair to you or them. Grow up? Sadly, if you're taking your anger out for one woman on all women, then sadly, that is something you need to do as well. :( You're right, you can't change someone, she couldn't change you, but as you can see it, you're also mad that you couldn't change her and make her get off your back. You won't like my answer, but that's alright, it doesn't mean it gives you the right to be nasty to the women or men on here.

Because in marriage you stick with someone through the bad times, you help them to realize they are better than that and hope that they see this and can rise to their full potential, whatever it may be.

it's your opinion..but stereotyping women just because of your friend's experience is just as pathetic as believing the way you do..if one day you'll fall in love and get married i jsut wish u a happy life, then, you'll prove yourself wrong :)
