I need to drain the fuel from the mh. I'm unable to siphon do to the twists and turns of the intake line. The fuel feed line is about 1/4 of the way above the bottom of the tank due to the generator shut off safety feature. Is there a safe way to remove the old fuel without the removal of the considerably large fuel tank from the vehicle?

Like most things, you cant just jump in and start up with something like this. you need to start smaller (and cheaper) to get an idea of all the pitfalls (and benefits). Chances are the plastic water and wastwater tanks are ready to be replaced. the plastic valves to all the propane fixtures will need replacing. the heater will be shot due to corrosion. the waterlines are probably fatigued from freeze/thaw and need replaceing. the water fixtures are dated, corroded. the drain lines are old dried out and probably cracked. al the drain valves need replacing. Now on to the mechanical side....the motor is old, and vintage enough to need a overhall probably before 100k miles. transmission may be okay and the rear end too. but replace the fluids in all anyway. re do the brakes since Ill bet they ve never been done. may need replacing rotors9Or drums) and pads. electrical....need we go into the electrical side? 12V or the 110 side if any? no. its much better to save the $3000 this thing is worth and spend a real good vacation in hawaii....for 2, 7 days 6 nites in maui.... have fun.

If you can reach the filler neck hose and remove it from the tank that would be the best way to siphon.
