Physically, there are going to be no problems. After about 2 weeks, if sperm aren't released, they get normally, healthily reabsorbed by the body. No fluid or cells can get backed up. At all.
On the other hand, once celibacy has been chosen, the person risks losing altogether the psychological desire to have sex, which may have an impact on a future relationship should the person wish to no longer be celibate.

Celibacy is a good thing. The purpose of celibacy is something else. Celibacy in waiting for the right person to come along is a good thing. Or if you feel you are chosen to lead a religious life then that's also a good thing. Celibacy is a good thing for std reasons to prevent the spread of any disease you might have. Celibacy is a good thing if you are afraid of catching anything, although that should not become an obsession with you.
Most people, and depending on a lot of things like health, age, medications, etc. have the natural urge. There is no such thing as backed up as you can take care of that for yourself in the shower.
Something you might NOT want to try (this is just here for explanation purposes) is...when men are in jail or prison or are not supposed to be doing the act because of various reasons, the food they get to eat has salt peter in it and a lot of heavy food to discourage their interest. They don't get backup. Those who abuse are abusers, period.

that's top general a question. bad for who? All depends, if you have a proper outlet for your sexual tension. Are you able to avoid the temptations? when you said celibacy does that exclude masturbations? is your celibacy a religious act?

Celibacy is not only bad, it is disastrous for men and women alike.
You see the urge for sex is a human desire and need. To deny this urge is damaging to your mental health, possibly physical as well.
You would not deny any other human urge e.g. when youre hungry you eat, when youre tired you sleep, swallow something nasty you want to vomit.
Humans have urges for a reason, sex is an important function.

Cialis was formerly known as IC351. It is the drug that is used orally for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is found to be a selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) type 5 inhibitor that resembles vardenafil and sildenafil.
Cialis used for male impotence is not involved for the inhibition of prostaglandins where as some other agents such as alprostadil cause an inhibition of prostaglandins.
The duration of action of Cialis for male sexual dysfunction is up to 36 hours that is quite high as compared to the duration of action of other drugs such as vardenafil and sildenafil.
The longer duration of action of Cialis is found to be very effective to bring spontaneity during sexual activity because erection is promoted by PDE inhibitors only when sexual stimulation is present.
The patients should immediately contact their physician if they find that erection is lasting more than 4 hours or they are feeling pain. When taking Cialis, the patients are advised not to drink alcohol excessively. It is found that men that drink alcohol in excess while taking Cialis suffer from headache or they get dizzy, their heart rate increases or their blood pressure lowers.
Patients are advised to consult their physician for the reevaluation of the dose of Cialis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
It is clearly said that the use of Cialis does not provide protection to a man or his partner against sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS that is transmitted through HIV infection.
Patients should inform their physician if they feel changes in vision, shortness of breath, palpitation, eyelid swelling, dizziness, itching and skin rash and prolonged erection.

Ejaculation is inegral for prostate health. Cleibacy is a moral issues. There are other things besies intercourse, i.e. masturbation, to keep ones body "flowing" naturally.
