Had a creative Zen which died after about 6 months. Would like to replace it,but would like to know which is the easiest to use. Not exactly a computer whizz-have never even downloaded any music to my laptop.
Don't want to spend more than £150,and would like one that comes with a docking/speaker system as planning to bin my stereo. Not fussy about it having videos or anything.

i would say an i pod because you can get them off of amazon for cheaper about £100 then the docking system for less than £50

I got a Sony NW-300F for my birthday and it's really easy to use. I'd never had one before, and all i did was install the Sony software that comes with it and it does everything else for you. When you launch the software (Sony Sonic Stage), the screen splits into two and on the left hand side is all your songs you have on your pc, while the right hand side is empty and all you do is select the song you wish to transfer to your mp3 player and click on the arrow to transfer it. It was about £80, is 1gb (I have about 300 songs on it), but it doesn't come with speakers. You plug it straight into the pc to charge it, via the built in USB plug it has. I'm really impressed with it so far!

whats wrong with the zen player..? i bet its easy to fix.... have you tried formatting it and starting again... if you must buy a new one.. you can get a £1gb in argos for £30... which if you buy some Quality headphones, will sound as good as anything....

Let me know what is wrong with the zen thingy.. maybe i can help you...

I actually don't use my ipod
I have a Samsung d600 phone with a memory card, this is much more practical and costs less
