I live in Maine and will be going to Florida in Sept. What should I do with my calalilly? And what should I do with the pods inside the last bloom?

A Yahoo search for "calla lilies" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 620,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek.

Good luck with your search.

Lift the bulbs before you leave and store them in a paper bag in a cool dark place. Maybe you could try planting the seeds in spring?

you just need to provide plenty of mulch to keep them from freezing and you don't have to do anything else
