Practice phraseology, which is basically YOUR style of how to say words in a kool way. Use your pc if you dont have recording equiptment to sing through using a mic, select an echo effect . This is what many artists use when recording anyway, to give their voice a cleaner edge. Voice mussels need to be developed and strenghened like any other muscle to be strong. Sing around the clock.

Everyone has a unique voice, and whatever you like about your own voice you should try to bring out in your singing. It's not something you have to be born with, either, so as long as you stick with notes you're comfortable with, breathe properly (from the diaphram, your shoulders shouldn't move), stand tall when you sing, and stay in pitch, you should be fine.
Sing as often as you can in your free time (as if you enjoy it), and cut back on ice cold drinks and chocolate.
You can also try to observe how others sing and what seems to work for them.

you mean singe well?
practice makes perfect.
you have to be able to hear well enough to distinguish subtle changes in pitch. listen to many types of music and try to focus on the individual parts that make up the whole. then as often as you can, practice your singing by mimmicking those parts. whether they are vocal or guitar or what ever.
remember that singing is more than just vocalization of words.
