It is the weekend, so that means a little more dressy.
Well, since you don't know much about your date or where you are going, this is what I would suggest.
Like I said, since itis Sunday, I would dress a little on the fancier side. I would wear a nice blouse with a short black skirt or slacks with jewelry (1 bracelet, 1 necklace, 1 pair or earrings and 1 ring that doesn't look like a diamond. Have your makeup done a little on the darker side for evening and hair styled really nice. Paint your finger and toe nails the same summery color, like a pale peach or pink or something close to the color of your shirt or make up. Have a small purse with you that you can carry your lipstick, wallet, money & cell phone in.
Black clothing can go either way- casual or dressy, so that is why I would go with a little black skirt. I would wear a pair of casual but a little dressy heels, maybe strappy sandals.
Remember hair accessories, belt, shoes and purse should all be the same pattern or color.
Look at what the weather is suppose to be on weather.com and make sure your outfit is appropriate.

Nothing too revealing, you don't wanna give the wrong impression!
Wear a fancy top, a pair of jeans and high heels! Guys love high heels! It really depends on where you're going and what the weather is like though!

You would have to give more details as to where you are going, how old you are ect. to help us advise you. Generally, wear something a little nicer and sexier than you may wear on a normal day, but also something you would feel comfortable in. I say low cut jeans that fit you really well and a low V-neck top in a flattering color, then a pretty necklace and earrings. Wear comfortable shoes.
