Not if its made by beautiful hispanic women. I think ugly people, and skinny people should be banned in resteraunts. And fat girls/ mothers / trannys should be banned from bars.

Smoking is not completely banned in public, just enclosed public buildings. Second-hand smoke is very hazardous to your health as asserted by our recent US Surgeon General. Farting, though possibly rude or even gross, is not harmful in any way to others so the government need not regulate it.

Farting is a natural bodily function. Smoking is not.
Personally, I'm for banning stupidity.

Farting is caused and happens to everyone. People can't help to fart, but smokers can help to stop smoking. If you want to smoke, smoke. Then if we want to fart, we fart.
