Yeah, they're all over the place. But watch your backside! They'll clean your clock in a heartbeat with absurdly high interest rates and fees as well as call you at all hours of the day and night if you're so much as a day late with a payment.

There are lots of them,But they will charge you a ridiculous rate of interest.- because you are a bad risk.
In the UK you will find them in the back of the tabloids.
Or you could look for a Credit Union.Your local "help shop/Citizens advice" should help.

That is the wrong way to go. You will never get out of debt.
The best way to go is to try get your bill so you can manage them. CCC Consumer Credit Counseling. They have strict restriction. Please choose carefully---
