No idea since I have never even heard of a websight.
I have a telescopic sight?
I do know how to create a website though... ;-)

It depends on how you have made the website and what company your going through to publish it. Generally the files can be copied directly off of your hard drive right onto the ftp:// site.

However, if your using Microsoft Publisher there is a way to publish it from the program. Check your Internet host to find out how you can do this directly by checking their FAQ. Generally there is a walk-through to show you exactly (step by step) how to go about publishing your site.
