I use IE on my main pc and Mozilla Firefox on my laptop. I like them both and don't really have any preferences. I used Netscape years ago and don't think it's as good as the first two.

Actually, I use IE6.0 and Firefox together. IE won't let me get into certain sites requiring a password (like this one) and Mozilla Firefox has certain small issues like corrupting my bank statement downloads and such. Otherwise, I have no preference. I can tell you from my website hits that nearly 85% of people use IE6.0, Mozilla about 8%, and the rest are insignificant. Congratulations Microsoft, you win.

IE because it's the most compatable. I've tried Firefox with a few limitations & thought Netscape to be 'obsolete' & never tried it.

the first answer is misguided about Chrome, no browser delivers up your ISP from tracing each and every thing you do. i'm no longer particular if a proxy ought to offer up an ISP from understanding what you're doing, i wager it ought to all matter on how information superhighway content are requested. in the adventure that they are requested in basic textual content then they could capture you in hardship-free words as definitely as if they were searching at your show screen. even if or not they are requested in an encrypted format they could continually crack it or likely already comprehend it.
