A) There are chat rooms that you can find for your state and sometimes your city where you can hook up
B) They have Yahoo! Personals
C) This is a Question/Answer site
D) You have a good point about "as long as its in the form of a question" there Alex; unfortunately for us all, this would turn into a freakin' free for all and we'd never get anything done because everyone would be humping via Yahoo! Answers.

becuase theirs no way to determine who is on the other side and no secure method of communication that would prevent harrassment since members can directly contact other members via yahoo messenger. Often times to their are minors on this site opposed to others which require usually a credit card which in a way proves your over the age of 18. The exploiting of minors on this site is illegal and highly frowned upon. If your looking for a dating site I can recoomend one.

because you shouldn't meet people on the Internet it isn't safe, or at least use something like eharmony. com cause that is safer and some people actualy want to use this website for advice NOT dating
