Water cooled means that it has a radiator. The engine is cooled by radiator fluid rather than by just the air. It is exactly like your car. The fluid travels around the engine and picks up the heat then heads back to the radiator. In the radiator the fluid is cooled down by the air traveling thru it. It is one big circle.

The engine uses a permanent coolant to keep the engine cool.
Air cools the water, water cools the oil and the oil cools the engine just like a car.

means it circulates coolant to cool motor instead of just flowing air around fins. Same principal as a cars cooling system. Its more efficient than air cooling.

Means engine is cooled by a cooling system, and should have a lil radiator on it somewheres.
