Since wrestling is scripted, Undertaker will win at Summerslam. But in a real fight, Undertaker would not stand a chance. Neither would Big Show, Kane, Batista or anyone else.

Seriously, Khali only has his size. You see how slow his reactions are in the ring? He has next to no mobility, even compared to the aging Undertaker. There was a poll with the WWE roster several years ago and everyone (for the most part) unanimously said that Kurt Angle could take any of them in a real fight. A couple wrestlers did say that Big Show would come out on top, with Angle number two. But they also agreed that if Kurt managed to get Show on the ground -- it'd be over.

acatually, anyone can be defeated quite easily in a real fight.. it's a question of knowing how to fight and the body's weak spots. Khali is too big and slow for a real fight, and against anyone who knew what they were doing, he wouldn't stand a chance.
