In short terms Israel and its long time buddy Hezbollah.
After killing about 1500 innocent citizens including about half Christians and half Muslims and also including at least 100 children and 4 UNO observers who were in constant contact with Israel, there is a truce between Hezbollah and Israel! Great!!! What about Government of Lebanon which is democratically elected? As we know that Sharon used Amal and Phalngist organizations to massacre 3000 innocent women and children. Later Amal became very infamous and disbanded and re-emerged as "Hezbollah" with very good understanding with Israel. Hezbollah always served Israel by giving Israel a look of innocent, oppressed nation fighting terrorists. Hezbollah apprently took two Israeli soldiers and in retaliation all killings! If you remove Hezbollah from picture Israel becomes the most terrorist country of the world. When if you insert it it becomes a hero fighting against terrorists. Now with the truce Hezbollah will emerge as controlling Lebanon as it was doing so in South Lebanon 4 Israel
But in long time, the war will not end and it will get more focussed and then true and sincere Muslims will win and Jesus will come and kill the leader of the Zionists i.e. ANti Christ or Dajjal who will be an Iranian Jew and will have 70,000 people from Isfahan in his army.

I hope the decision will be respected and obeyed.
There are no winners from wars, both sides lose but of course there are those who lose more in a material way, and there are those who lose more in a moral way.
I just hope Israel's neighbors could be secure from its attacks and excuses for a while. Throughout time Israel has tried to take a piece of Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and last but not least Palestine.

I bet American and European defence contractors gat a pretty penny in the war. Lebanon is in ruins and Isreal isn't. So i guess that for now Isreal is winning. But I believe that the war will continue sooner or later

You are kidding yourself if you think the 'war' in the mideast is about to end. There has not been any extended period of tranquility in the mid-east in recorded history. They sit on top of the largest deposits of oil in the world, they are ruled by unsophisticated and uneducated religious nuts who keep their people oppressed and violent, and the economics of the world means that as long as crude is gold, someone will be trying to be the king on top of the crude.

The winner and still champion of this and all other wars is by far the "weapons industry". Unfortunately, there is still more money to be made so, look out world........

To me there are no winners in any war. Unfortunately, people die, soldiers and civilians, and that is bad for everyone. I personally don't think it will be over. There is too much friction and too much hate over everything that has already happened. It will continue and more will die.

There is no winners. Terrorists will never be happy until they destroy the world. They are very stupid people. They prefer hate to peace.

No one. Isreal, short term may reduce the number of rocket attacks, but long term it is a Hezbollah recruitment team's dream come true.

The winners are the suppliers of arms and equipment who sold the equipment that facilitated death and destruction.
