George, of course. George was the one we ladies lusted after. But who did you cry over the most...it has to be Anthony as he always had the better storylines. Not many men die looking at Hawaiian sunsets going down. Tears ran riot that night.

I love them both, but I prefer George Clooney in the movie From Dusk Til Dawn, and Anthony Edwards as Goose from Top Gun. Maybe that's because I work in a hospital & watching ER just doesn't do anything for me.

From a blokes point of view Clooney had not developed into the actor he is now. he is a serious A lister as an actor and director. In terms of screen presence I believe Edwards eclipsed him on ER. Edwards' death as someone has pointed out was one of the great storylines on TV as was the bald blokes relationship with helicoptors.
Some of the female nurses/doctors are beautiful.
